Director Resignation & Appointment

The Company announces the resignation of Jonathan Moulton as a non-executive independent director of the Company and the appointment of Arabella Cecil as a non-executive director of the Company, both effective 9 September 2015.

The Board of Directors wish to thank Mr Moulton for his contribution to the Company and welcome Ms Cecil.
