                              Notifiable Interest                              

Silentpoint was notified on 25th August, 2005 that Suffolk Life Annuities
Limited beneficially owns 1,300,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 7.43 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, in respect of various
self-invested personal pension schemes. Of this holding, 750,000 Ordinary
Shares are held in respect of Dr Hywel Thomas's self-invested personal pension.
