Silentpoint announces that, following a purchase of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at
8.5 pence earlier today, Mr Haresh Kanabar, Non-executive Chairman, now holds
325,000 ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.86 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
