Silentpoint was notified earlier today that, following a purchase of 100,000
Ordinary Shares at 8.5 pence on 9th September, 2004 and a purchase of 25,000
Ordinary Shares at 9 pence earlier today, Mr Haresh Kanabar, Non-executive
Chairman, now holds 225,000 ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.29 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.
