                            Director's shareholding                            

The Company announces that it has been notified that Haresh Kanabar, chairman
of the Company, today purchased 353,570 ordinary shares in the capital of the
company ("Shares") at 7p per Share, equivalent to 2.22 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company. Mr Kanabar now holds 1,386,070 Shares in
Silentpoint, equivalent to 8.70 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.

The Company has also been notified that Smit Berry, chief-executive, yesterday
purchased 457,145 Shares at 7p per Share, equivalent to 2.87 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company. Mr Berry now holds 3,907,144 Shares in
Silentpoint, equivalent to 24.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
