Surgical Innovations Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received
notification today that, on 7 October 2010, Mrs. J. Bowland, wife of Graham
Bowland, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 1,000,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each into Mr. Bowland's self-invested personal pension at a price
of 4.70p per share. Following this transaction Mr. Bowland's beneficial
interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,617,498 ordinary shares
representing 0.69 per cent. of the issued share capital.
