Surgical Innovations Group plc (the 'Company') has made the following        
application for new ordinary shares of 1p each ('New Ordinary Shares') to be 
admitted to trading on AIM:                                                  
                                                                             
-  77,142 New Ordinary Shares have been issued for cash at a price of 1.75p  
   per share to Mrs O Lameiro-Townend in respect of her entitlement under the
   Company's Sharesave Scheme.
