The Company received notification on 6 January 2009 that, on that day,
C.Gledhill Ltd acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to
0.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Following the
purchase C.Gledhill Ltd holds 1,850,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company, equivalent to 9.72 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the
Company.
