The Company received notification yesterday that on 27 February 2009 C.Gledhill
Ltd acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.53 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Following the purchase
C.Gledhill Ltd holds 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company,
equivalent to 10.51 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the
Company.
