                    RESULT OF REQUISITIONED GENERAL MEETING                    

The Company announces that, at the general meeting of the Company held earlier
today, the resolutions to remove John Hodson, Sir Clive Thompson and John
Cornish, and to appoint Michael Guy and Jonathan Macintosh, as directors of the
Company were not passed.
