The Company was today advised by Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary companies
that they have a notifiable interest in 2,777,233 Ordinary shares of the
Company, representing 3.82% of the issued class of capital. Part of this
holding may relate to hedging arrangements for customer transactions.
