STRATEGIC EQUITY CAPITAL PLC (THE "COMPANY")
The Company has today been informed that Jo Dixon, a non-executive Director of
the Company, had on 30 December 2014 purchased 10,000 Ordinary 10 pence shares
of the Company at a price of 193.723 pence per share. These shares are held in
the name of John Tinkler, a connected person.
Following this transaction, Ms Dixon is interested in a total of 10,000
Ordinary shares (representing 0.017% of the shares in issue).
