Strategic Equity Capital plc (the "Company") was today informed that
Jamie Seaton, CEO and Fund Manager at GVO Investment Management Limited, the
Investment Manager of the Company, has today purchased 12,800 Ordinary
10 pence shares of the Company at a price of 156.75 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Seaton is interested in a total of 12,800
Ordinary shares (representing 0.02% of the shares in issue) through his SIPP.
