The Company was informed on 24 October 2013 that Adam Steiner, Chief Executive 
Officer of SVG Investment Managers, the Investment Manager of the Company, 
on 21 October 2013 purchased directly 8,925 shares and through a SIPP 16,090 
Ordinary 10 pence shares of the Company at a price of 134.75 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Adam Steiner is interested in a total of 532,911
Ordinary 10 pence shares (representing 0.8590% of the shares in issue), as
follows:
