The Company was informed on 15 November 2013 that Adam Steiner, Chief Executive Officer
of SVG Investment Managers Limited, the Investment Manager of the Company, had on 
13 November 2013 purchased directly 7,770 Ordinary 10 pence shares and through a SIPP 2,820 Ordinary
10 pence shares of the Company at a price of 140 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Adam Steiner is interested in a total of 543,501
Ordinary 10 pence shares (representing 0.9126% of the shares in issue), as
follows:
