Director/PDMR Shareholding
Strategic Equity Capital plc ("the Company") announces that on 10 May 2013,
Sir Clive Thompson, a Director of the Company, sold 110,592 Ordinary shares at
a price of 111.52p per share, as part of the Company's Tender Offer.
Following this transaction, Sir Clive Thompson is interested in a total of
2,679,102 Ordinary shares (representing 4.3184% of the total number of shares
in circulation).
