Range Resources Ltd (the "Company") wishes to advise that it has been notified
by UBS Nominees Pty Ltd and its related bodies corporate that their interest in
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company has decreased from 19,699,550
shares (10.38%) to 17,297,985 shares (8.69%).
