       Notification of re-organisation of Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker       

 

 

Following the completion of the acquisition by Westhouse Holdings plc of
Arbuthnot Securities Limited on 20 January 2012, the business of Westhouse
Securities Limited has been transferred to Arbuthnot Securities Limited.
Simultaneously Arbuthnot Securities Limited is changing its name to Westhouse
Securities Limited.
