SRT signs new preferred partnership agreement in Middle East
Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") is pleased to announce
that it has signed an AIS supply agreement with Elcome International LLC of
Dubai ("Elcome").
Elcome is one of the largest marine electronics companies in the Middle East
with operations across most of the region. It is involved in a wide variety of
activities from general ship system service and supply to the supply and
installation of large marine network systems. The agreement means that SRT will
be Elcome's preferred supplied for AIS based devices across its various
projects and opportunities.
SRT will supply Elcome with its full range of AIS products including its new
range of secure AIS Class A and B transceivers as well as the new Identifier
product.
Simon Tucker, SRT CEO said: "Our strategy is to form long term mutually
beneficial partnerships with companies who have strong sales channels and
delivery capabilities. Elcome is an ideal partner for SRT in the Middle East
and equally SRT provides Elcome with access to a full range of high quality AIS
equipment to supply existing and expected future demand."
