On Monday 28th November 2011 at 8:00 a.m. (GMT), AIM-quoted marine electronics
developer, SRT will host a live shareholder webcast open to existing and
prospective private and institutional investors.

Following the release of SRT's interim results for the six month period ending
30th September 2011 Simon Tucker, SRT's CEO, will provide responses to
questions through a live video webcast which can be accessed by any interested
party worldwide by visiting the website listed below.

The format for the live webcast will be as follows:

  * Investors are invited to email questions prior to the event to 
    [e-mail]. These questions will help form the presentation
    given by Simon Tucker on the webcast. Questions must be submitted before 7:
    45 a.m. on Monday 28th November.
   
  * Investors will need to go to www.softwarerad.com/investorwebcast ', click
    the button and then login using a nickname and their email address. Please
    note that investor names and identities will not be broadcast and will be
    kept strictly confidential.
   
  * During the webcast, investors will be able to send instant messages from
    the viewing website to Simon for him to answer and react to live.
