Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company")
Issue of Equity and Directors' Dealings
The Directors of SRT announce that on 12 July 2007 the Company received notices
of exercise from two directors in relation to options over an aggregate of
1,040,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 1p per share. The shares
resulting from the exercise of options have today been issued and allotted.
The options were exercised by the following directors:

The shares resulting from the exercise of options represent the entire holding
of each director in the Company.
Following the issue of the new shares, there are 88,850,892 ordinary shares of
0.1p of SRT in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are
11,352,850 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares in issue.
Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM. It is
expected that admission will occur on 18 July 2007.
