By a notice dated 8 March 2006, Software Radio Technology plc (the "Company")
was informed on 9 March 2006 that, following the purchase of 25,000 ordinary
shares of 0.1p in the Company at 42p on 6 March 2006, Gartmore Investments
Limited ("GIL"), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ("GFM") and Gartmore Global
Partners ("GGP") (together "Gartmore") have a reportable interest in the share
capital of the Company.
