notices of reportable interests in the share capital of the Company.

Gartmore

On 10 November 2006, the Company was informed on 31 August 2006 that, following
a purchase of 500,000 ordinary shares at 53p on 8 November 2006, Gartmore
Investments Limited ("GIL"), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ("GFM") and
Gartmore Global Partners ("GGP") (together "Gartmore") have increased their
reportable interest in the share capital of the Company.
