On 22 June 2006, SRT was notified by HSBC Security Services that Polar Capital
Partners ("Polar") had increased its interest in the share capital of the
Company to 3,610,638 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing 4.62 per cent.
of the share capital as enlarged by the placing which was completed on 20 June
2006.
