Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company")
Grant of Options
The Directors of SRT announce that on 7 December 2007, the Company granted
options over 350,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to Nick Jolliffe, a
Non-executive Director of the Company (the "Options").
The exercise price for the Options is 45.75p, being the closing mid-market
price on 7 December 2007, and the Options may, subject to the exercise criteria
set out below, be exercised at any time prior to 6 December 2017.
The Options become exerciseable in three tranches based on the market
capitalisation of the Company. In each case, the options only become
exerciseable once the market capitalisation has remained above the given
threshold for not less than 30 calendar days.
