SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC Board Appointment The Directors of Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") are pleased to announce that Dr. George Kyprios has joined the Board of the Company with effect from 17 December 2007. In November 2007, George joined SRT PMR Technology Limited as Managing Director with the objective of developing the business and maximising the various opportunities that the growing digital PMR market offers.
