795 - 12 November 2001 SPIRENT PLC SALE OF SENSING SOLUTIONS BUSINESS COMPLETED Spirent plc, the international network technology company, has completed the sale of its Sensing Solutions business to a company formed by GE Industrial Systems, a division of General Electric Company of the United States, following satisfaction of all conditions in the sale agreement. Spirent announced the divestment of its Sensing Solutions business on 10 September 2001.
