In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13(1) of the Listing Rules, John Warren has
advised that with effect from 16 March 2007 he has been appointed to the board
of Uniq plc as a non-executive Director. Mr Warren is also a non-executive
director of Bovis Homes Group plc, BPP Holdings plc and The Rank Group plc.

There is no further information which would require disclosure under paragraph
9.6.13 (2-6) of the Listing Rules.
