Owing to a system error earlier today the company's Q3 Update announcement was
incorrectly released under the name of Akers Biosciences Inc. (AKR.L). The
company would like to point out that the announcement is in no way connected to
Akers Biosciences Inc and concerns only the business of Sopheon plc.
