St Ives plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mike Butterworth, ACA
as Chairman of its Audit Committee in succession to Mr David Best who retired
from the board on 30 November 2010. Mr Butterworth has been a member of the
Audit Committee since 1 August 2010.
