Further to the announcement on 4th June 2007 in respect of the appointment of
Mr Matthew Armitage as Finance Director of St Ives plc with effect from 3rd
September 2007, the Company confirms pursuant to UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.13R that
Mr Armitage has held no directorships in any other publicly quoted company at
any time during the previous five years and that there is no other information
required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraphs (2) to (6).
