Serco acquisition of Intelenet

Serco Group plc (Serco) announced on 31 May 2011 the agreement to acquire
Intelenet, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing services to the
private sector. Serco has now concluded the regulatory approval process that
was required to complete the transaction and will take control of the business
from today.
