Serco Group was informed today, that on 19 March 2007 the Directors of Serco
Group and other Senior Executives (persons discharging managerial
responsibilities) were granted options to acquire the number ordinary shares of
2p each in the Company shown opposite their names below at £4.3875 per share
through participation in the Serco Group plc 2005 Executive Option Plan:
