Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 29 April 2013 that, on 26
April, Ed Casey, a person discharging managerial responsibility, exercised
18,055 conditional shares granted on 6 April 2010 under the Company's
Performance Share Plan. He sold 6,038 shares on the London market at a price of
607.5 pence per share, the balance of 12,017 shares have been retained in his
own name.

This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R
(1)(a).
