Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 22 March 2010 that, on 19 March
2010, the individuals below, each a person discharging managerial
responsibility, exercised options at an exercise price of 438.75 pence per
share granted to them under the Company's 2005 Executive Option Plan.

In transactions involving the sale of shares, the shares were sold on the
London Market at 590.5882 pence per share.
