Serco Group plc was advised today that Christopher Hyman, Chief Executive
received 13 Serco Ordinary shares at £4.4253 per Ordinary share as a result of
the reinvestment of dividends under the Serco Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DR3.1.2R and
DR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
