RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SEGRO PLC             

Below are the proxy vote results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of SEGRO
plc held today, 26 July 2007. Of the total proxy votes cast for 99.48 per cent
were in favour of resolution 1 and 97.06 per cent were in favour of resolution
2.

Following today's successful Extraordinary General Meeting vote SEGRO expects
