Notification under Part 22 of the Companies Act 2006
Please note that on 1 June 2007 SEGRO plc (the "Company") was notified that AXA
Investment Managers Limited, acting as agents for its discretionary clients,
holds (either directly or indirectly) a beneficial interest and a
non-beneficial interest of 23,189,309 ordinary shares of 25p each, representing
a total interest of 4.91% of the issued share capital of the company.
