Directorate Update

Further to the announcement made on 29 April 2014, Martin Moore has been
appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect
from today.

Mr Moore currently holds the beneficial interest in 14,535 ordinary shares in
the Company.

Since his appointment was announced, Mr Moore has been appointed as Chairman of
Secure Income REIT plc.
