Having previously announced to the market that Ian Sutcliffe will be appointed
to the Board of SEGRO plc in summer 2008, as Managing Director UK Property, it
is today announced that this appointment will be effective from 1 July 2008.

John Heawood will step down from the Board of SEGRO plc with effect from 4 July
2008.
