SEGRO plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (Sharesave)

On 6 June 2012, the following PDMRs exercised options over ordinary shares
(Shares) in the Company pursuant to the maturity of the Company's 2009
three-year Sharesave scheme. All Shares allotted on the exercise of these
options were retained by the PDMRs.
