SEGRO plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (Sharesave)

On 30 April 2012, under the terms of Sharesave, the following Director/PDMRs
were granted options to buy ordinary shares in the Company at an option price
of 188.24 pence per share. The saving contracts will be for three years and
will commence on 1 June 2012.
