The Company was notified on 12 October 2009 that Nigel Rich, the Chairman of
the Company, acquired 186 Ordinary Shares in the Company on the 9 October 2009
at a price of £3.449756, via the Company's Property Income Distribution
Reinvestment Plan. Following this notification, Mr. Rich's total beneficial
holding in the Company is 93,931 Ordinary shares.
