Further to the announcement of Inès Reinmann's appointment as a Director of
SEGRO plc with effect from 1 November 2008, it is hereby announced that her
total interest in the shares of the Company comprises a potential interest in
72,196 ordinary shares which results from her participation in the Company's
LTIP.
