In accordance with LR 9.6.13, SEGRO plc hereby announces that Ian Sutcliffe was
formerly a director of Taylor Wimpey plc and George Wimpey plc. There is no
further information required to be disclosed in respect of LR 9.6.13. As
previously announced, Ian Sutcliffe will be appointed to the Board of SEGRO plc
on 1 July 2008.
