Directors' Shareholdings

The Company has been informed that today David Clayton, a non-executive
director of the Company, purchased 6,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company at a price of 244.68 pence per share.

The Company has also received notification that Elizabeth Clayton who is the
wife of David Clayton, a non-executive director of the Company, today purchased
6,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 244.68 pence per
share.
