DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company has been informed that on 1 March 2006, Paul Harrison and Paul
Stobart of the board, each exercised an option over 8,437 Ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company. The exercise price was 112p per share.

These options were granted as part of the Company's Savings Related Share
Option Scheme under which options are exercisable between 1 March 2006 and 1
September 2006.
