The Sage Group plc ("the Company")
DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company has received notification that Ian Mason, a non-executive director
of the Company, today purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company at a price of 216 pence per share.
The Company has also received notification that Mark Rolfe, a non-executive
director of the Company, today purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company at a price of 216 pence per share.
