                         ROLLS-ROYCE INVESTOR SEMINAR                          

Rolls-Royce will today be hosting a series of presentations for the financial
community at the City Presentation Centre.

A full copy of the presentation material will be posted on the Group's web-site
(Rolls-Royce.com) during the day.

Presentations will focus upon the Group's four business segments and it's three
main priorities; focused investment in product and technology; operational
excellence; and aftermarket development. The event will focus on key business
drivers. The Group confirms that current trading is consistent with existing
guidance.
