Rolls-Royce Acquires PKMJ Technical Services

8 January 2013 ROLLS-ROYCE EXPANDS GLOBAL NUCLEAR SERVICES FOOTPRINT WITH ACQUISITION OF PKMJ TECHNICAL SERVICES Rolls-Royce, the global power systems company, has today announced the acquisition of PKMJ Technical Services, a nuclear engineering services business in the United States. Rolls-Royce has significant expertise in developing innovative techniques and solutions to manage, enhance and extend the lifetime of nuclear power plants. The acquisition of PKMJ Technical Services will accelerate growth for Rolls-Royce in the important nuclear services market.
